Please click on each of the contracts and read them before contacting me about a puppy. EVERY new owner must sign a copy of each one of them to be able to buy one of my babies.

Each puppy will come with a health guarantee that is good for a year. A health guarantee will protect the puppies new owners from a sick puppy for the first year of the puppies life. Every puppy will get a full body exam a least once to make sure he/she is fit to be with a new family. I will NEVER sell a puppy that I knew was sick. If the puppy ends up with a heredity disease or illness is caused by bad genetics only, the buyer will have the option of returning the puppy and getting a new one of equal or less value or keeping the puppy and also getting a new one of equal or less value.

Not like many breeders, I also guarantee the puppy of Parvo for at least 5 days. I have personally been burned by a breeder who sold me a puppy that had parvo before she went into my arms for the first time.

After hundreds of dollars in vet bills, the puppy had to be euthanized because she was in severe pain. Her last 3 days spent laying down with her eyes open, no ability to get up.

I will NEVER wish anyone to go through what I went through. I hope to prevent anyone from getting a sick puppy, but I can not prevent the puppy from getting sick down the line which is why the guarantees are limited. Puppies can pick up any disease and problems from anything. Before puppies are 10 months of age, I would limit the amount of times your puppy goes out.


Because my actions brought the puppies into this world, it is part of my responsibility to make sure they spend all of their days spent in a loving home.
